Shipping & Returns

     

    SHIPPING

    Currently, we will only ship within the Continental United States (which excludes Hawaii and Alaska).  We offer Priority Shipping at $12.99 (typically arrives in 2-5 business days) and Priority Express Shipping (typically arrives in 1-2 business days) at $34.99.  Your parcel may ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    *Tinker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

    *Tinker is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers

    *Discount codes must be entered at the time of order; discount codes cannot be applied once an order has been submitted.  Only one discount code may be applied per order.

    *In addition to your chosen shipping rate, a delivery surcharge will apply on items that are large ($15) or oversized ($25).  This fee is automatically added to the product's cost when it is added to your cart.

     

    EXCHANGES & RETURNS

    More than anything we want you to love what you've ordered from us, but if something does not fit correctly or otherwise fails to meet your expectations, we are happy to assist you with exchanging or returning the item(s) ordered for a store credit provided our conditions for exchanges and returns are met.  All returns - whether for items purchased online or in-store - will be processed via an in-store credit. No refunds to original tender will be issued.

    IN-STORE PURCHASES:

    We will accept exchanges and returns on new, unused items within 10 days from the date of purchase provided the tags are still on and the receipt is presented.

    ONLINE PURCHASES:

    We will accept returns on new, unused items within 14 days from the date of purchase provided the tags are still on and the receipt is presented.  Please note that return postage is the customer's responsibility and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    To coordinate and confirm your eligibility to initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Once the item(s) to be returned are received and inspected, a store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

    If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item either using the store credit issued or a personal credit card.

    Please be advised that all swimwear, hair accessories, teething toys, feeding accessories (including water bottles, thermo snack jars & snack cups) and all sale merchandise is final sale.
